Currently employed as Executve Vice President of Clean Energy Systems, Inc. of Rancho Cordova CA: as a permanent, part-time employee, Steve assists in selected management areas, provides support for government relations, participates in selected Board committees, and serves as recording secretary for the Executive Committee.

Currently employed as a part-time employee of the Walter Mobility Group of Placerville CA, he provides management support and company representation as appropriate, or required from time to time.

Currently employed as a consultant by C2 Associates of Phoenix AZ, Steve offers advice on business agreements, contracts, plans, programs and strategies for selected company clients.

University of Mississippi: Space Law Archives Study

In March 2008 the International Astronautical Federation in Paris, France decided to initiate a 3-year study of the role of the International Geophysical Year in influencing and encouraging development of national space programs. Steve has been designated study leader, and the study was begun in the fall of 2008.
